Placing Orders

Once you’ve received your quotation, to proceed with the order just simply print off and sign in agreement
and either email, fax or post us a copy and arrange payment of your order. We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards or by BACS transfer. We do not accept cheques. On receipt of your signed quotation, we will process your order, post your receipted invoice and confirm an expected delivery date. Upon completion of your order, we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for delivery.

Our delivery lead times

• Our ‘made to measure’ vinyl wrapped kitchen and bedroom doors are made to order and will take approx 3 - 4 weeks from receipt of order to delivery. However, the Bella range offer a service with a shorter turnaround for 4 manufactured items or less, namely a 'Fast Track' production and delivery service, where for a small additional fee your order will be produced and delivered within 7 working days.
  
  
• Veneered & Painted products are very time intensive to produce so the standard Lead time is approximately 6 - 8 weeks from order, depending on your requirements.
  
  
• Our made to measure Kitchen, Bedroom, Bathroom & Media Wall carcasses take approximately 2 - 3 weeks. from order to delivery.
  
  
• All ordered items, ie carcasses, doors, handles and accessories, will be delivered together.

Carriage

Delivery charges are provided on your quotation. Charges are calculated per quotation based on quantity, volume and distance. We deliver UK wide using van delivery, hauliers and overnight carriers.All items ordered, will be delivered together, unless otherwise requested.
